Sheena Rosenbaum, Front Office Manager
Sheena is a native of Mobile, Alabama and has been part of the Bluebird team since March 2016. She attended the University of South Alabama where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Studio Arts with concentrations in Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations and Photography. In her spare time, Sheena enjoys photography and attending sporting events. She is also involved in fundraising for local and national charities.
Myah Davis, New Patient Coordination & Special Events Coordinator
Myah is a native of Mobile, Alabama and rejoined the Bluebird team in November 2017. She was previously employed at Bluebird as front office assistant until moving with her husband out of state. Since moving back to Mobile she has rejoined our team as New patient coordinator and special events coordinator. Myah has a passion for helping the special needs community and studied Special Educational needs and disability at Faulkner State Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Danielle Peters, M.S.OTR/L
Danielle is the owner, founder and lead occupational therapist of Bluebird Pediatric Therapy Services, Inc. She is very thankful for how wonderful things have turned out at Bluebird Therapy thus far and for being able to provide a place for children to grow and learn. She is thankful for her wonderful staff and all that they contribute towards making Bluebird Therapy an amazing place. She holds a certification in Handwriting Without Tears handwriting, the Beckman Oral Motor Program, the SOS Feeding Therapy Approach & has an Advanced Certification in the iLs(Integrated Listening Systems) Program. She also has training in the use of behavioral feeding techniques, Neuro-Developmental training, sensory integration training and vision therapy training. Along with managing Bluebird and providing therapy to her clients, she also completes the medical billing for Bluebird Therapy. Victoria Rowan, M.S.OTR/L
Victoria Rowan has been employed with Bluebird since February 2014. She is a graduate of Auburn University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2011. After receiving her Bachelor’s, she moved to Mobile, AL with her husband where she received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from University of South Alabama. Victoria has a strong passion for children and helping them to truly see their full potential. Victoria holds a certification in Handwriting through the Handwriting Without Tears Program. Victoria and her husband enjoy traveling, fostering animals, and participating in community outreach events throughout the year.
Leslie Anderson, M.S. OTR/L
Leslie is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, Leslie joined the Bluebird team in February 2015 and has gained a lot of experience and skill in working with the 2-5 year old population. Leslie is very active in her church locally and has a passion for helping others. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, teaching the youth in her church and enjoying the city of Mobile and all it has to offer.
Abigail Kwitzky, M.S. OTR/L
Abby is a native of Mobile, Alabama and has been part of the Bluebird team since October 2016. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, Abby gained experience working in geriatric settings but has always had a passion for working with children and after having her first son in 2016, she quickly realized it was time to pursue and further grow that passion by joining the Bluebird team. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her son, hanging out with her husband and her family.
Jamilee Adams, M.S. OTR/L
Jamie joined the Bluebird Team in October 2017. She is native to Canada but has extensive clinical experience all over the U.S.A as she has been a traveling OT. Her experience is primarily within the adult populations in acute care, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation. Jamie has a passion for the pediatric population and has always desired working in a pediatric clinic, which led her to joining the Bluebird Team. In her spare time, she enjoys running, walking her dogs and traveling.
Rachel Price, M.S.CCC-SLP
Rachel joined the Bluebird Team in February 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of South Alabama. She has worked in various settings including the public school system, affective needs classrooms and outpatient pediatric clinics. Rachel has extended experience working with children who are English Language Learners, as well as children with Autism. Rachel aims to conduct each therapy session in a way that will spark the child’s interest and meet their individual needs. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, little girl and dog.
Chelsea Emmons, M.S.CCC-SLP
Chelsea is a native of Mobile, Alabama and joined Bluebird Therapy in March 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Arts in Communicate Disorders and the University of South Alabama with a Master’s in Science in Speech Language Pathology. After graduating, Chelsea gained experience working with the preschool population in the Mobile County Public School Systems. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
Medea Taylor, M.S.CCC-SLP
Medea joined the Bluebird Team in April 2017. She is also a graduate from the University of South Alabama and holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech and Hearing. Medea has extensive training and experience in pediatric therapy with experience in the school systems, outpatient clinics, and the NICU. She has a certification in Vital Stimulation and experience with completing Modified Barium Swallow Studies. She has extensive experience with feeding therapy, as well as providing therapy for all other populations in pediatrics. Along with pediatrics, she has worked in nursing homes and taught classes in the University of South Alabama Speech and Hearing Clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her mom, her sons and her pets.
Macy Legan, M.S. CFY
Macy joined the Bluebird Team in May 2017. She is a graduate from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and holds a Master’s in Communicate Disorders. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Spanish from Louisiana State University. She is currently completing her CFY year at Bluebird Therapy with supervision from Rachel Price. Macy has experience providing therapy to the pediatric and adult populations through her clinical rotations. Prior to speech therapy, Macy provided tutoring services, taught for and helped develop the curriculum for the SAT test, and was an international student advisor for the Kaplan test. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, running and sky diving.
