Quarterly Allowance
We keep lots of great resources for our therapists to help kids live fully and confidently! If a therapy team really could use something to help do that better we’ve got an allowance for that!
Each BlueBird therapy team has up to $100 a quarter they can request for new toys and/or supplies. Typically we present these fun new goodies at staff meeting.
Your team may combine up to 2 quarters to buy a more costly item (up to $200). Just be sure to mark multiple quarters on this form.
For simplicity our preference is to buy from Amazon. A request may be denied if we feel we don't need the item, it is unusually difficult to purchase, or if it has exorbitant fees associated with it.
